SPA Opening
- Remove winterizing cover.
- Vacuum residual fluids and debris.
- Reinstall filter.
- Prime system.
- Fill Hot Tub *
- Start System
- Balance water
- Test & Cycle
- Set controls (where applicable)
* Customer responsible for water supply. NB: Swim Spas will require water truck and return service for start-up.
SPA Closing
- Lower water level, remove the filter.
- Blow all lines and equipment.
- Clean & wipe down surfaces.
- Vacuum the remaining water.
- Re-assemble equipment.
- Add antifreeze where required.
- Shutoff electrical.
- Install tarp cover (customer-supplied)
- Antifreeze included.
SPA Repair
- Service & repair all makes and models.
- Repair leaks due to damaged plumbing, worn out seals and gaskets.
- Repair and or Install new equipment: Covers, Lifters, Pumps, Motors, Seals.

Spa Refresh Service
- Draining the old water from the spa
- Cleaning the interior of the spa, including the filters, pump, and plumbing
- Refilling the spa with fresh water
- Balancing the water chemistry including pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, chlorine or bromine levels
- Adding necessary chemicals, such as sanitizers, clarifiers, and pH adjusters
- Running the spa equipment to circulate and filter the new water
Weekly/Bi-Weekly spa Service
- Adjust water chemistry levels
- Clean the filter(s) and skimmer
- Inspect and tighten all connections, hoses and fittings
- Clean the spa cover .
- Adjust the temperature settings
- Check and replace worn or damaged parts if needed
- Provide a written report of the spa’s condition and any recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
Vacation Service
- We provide weekly vacation service and manintenance for all SPA brands.
- Minimum booking is 3 weeks with the first service done a week prior to vacation start. This is so we can establish and check pool before we take over.
- SPA must be clear and within CYA levels.
- We service: Bromine, Chlorine & Salt systems as well as different pool constructions.
